Per Section 3 of the Bylaws, notice is given to current members of the Stewards of Alberta’s Protected Areas Association of its Annual General Meeting. It will be held on November 29, 2025 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. virtually. Pre-registration is required to confirm quorum and collect questions.

Motions and Voting:

• The President (Frank) will officiate the meeting but will not Move, Second, nor Vote on Motions except in the case of a tie.
• Individuals Moving or Seconding Motions are asked to identify themselves in the Chat (e.g. Bob So Moves, or Barb Seconds Bob).
• Only Negative votes are counted, a motion is assumed to be positively voted upon. Individuals opposed to the Motion are asked to record as such in the chat (e.g. Susan is Opposed to the Motion on Approving the Agenda).
• All Motions, etc. will be called three times.
