Google Workspace (GWS) Organizational Units (OU) are the primary building block for the system.

They control permissions, access, etc. SAPAA uses the following structure with some elements being in current operation (as of 2025) and others for future consideration (listed as pending).

    • Stewards: Registered stewards who are members [PENDING]
    • Partners (who are not members) [PENDING]

    • zInactive: Holding pen for users and devices to be deleted in the future.
  • Others (ad hoc, etc.) [PENDING]

    • Inactive: Inactive administrators
