Bragg Creek (PNT) Natural Area


Located about 20 km southwest of Calgary, this L-shaped Natural Area is near other parks and day use areas of the same name.

Other Information

Albert Bragg was an early settler in the area and likely the source of the name [2]. Adjacent to this site is the West Bragg Creek Day Use Area. Further southeast is Bragg Creek Provincial Park which borders on the town of the same name.

The NA status may change due to a 2022 development in which it became part of the Northeast Kananaskis Recreation Management Unit for which a comprehensive trail master plan was recently developed [1]
