How to create an inspection report post from a submission, photos, and other media files.

For 2023, the generation of the web page is a manual process. This allows SAPAA to understand the data and processes to generate the page. There are 3 steps:
Receive a Site Inspection Report
A site inspection report is composed of text transmitted from the Site Inspection Form, images received (emailed or saved directly to the respective SAPAA GDrive), and other media such as audio files. The 2023 Site Inspection Report, Cheat Sheet can assist with this.
Transfer the Data and Images
- Inspection Details: Copy the new row(s) from the Form responses to the master file, SAPAA-PA-SiteInspections (Phrank).
- Images and Media Files: Curate from the SAPAA GDrive images and other media files (e.g. audio files) and upload them to the SAPAA Website.
Generate the Report and Review
- Make a copy of the “2023-mm-dd: [SITE REPORT TEMPLATE]”.
- Update the sections as applicable including selecting a header image as well as the slideshow.
- Review the post making editorial changes as required.
- Link to the Site’s Web Page.
