These two Natural Areas are scattered across three, non-adjoined, sites. The Round Valley site consists of two quarter-sections to the east, while the western boundary of the Pembina Bigoray PNT is formed by a portion of the Pembina River.

Other Information
This site contains mainly second-growth aspen with some mature aspen-white spruce forest.
Intervening Landownership. The land east of the Pembina Bigoray (PNT) is mostly Crown land although it is likely leased. The southern Round Valley site is surrounded by Crown and private land, while the northern site has only private neighbours [1].
Bigoray is named in honour of William Walter Bigoray who was killed in 1944 while serving with the Royal Canadian Air Force [2].
